Additional costs for maintenance of parks, gardens, trees, rivers and other natural resources. Possibly an increase in traffic accidents due to loss of visibility which over a long period of time would result in vehicle insurance prices rising. Decrease in tourist revenues since tourists will not want to visit a very polluted city. A further increase in pollution since owners of vehicles such as motorcycles and 2 wheeled vehicles will prefer to take a car to avoid the pollution.
