Georgia Dees: There's one called Wilton 18pc Starter Cake Decorating Set for 7.99 at amazon.com. It looks pretty good.Hope I helped alo! ts!!!!!!!!
Sol Allphin: Hi there,I'm a trained pastry chef and I wanted to let you know that Wilton sets are good. If you really love baking and wanted to keep working on it, take classes, practice, practice, practice then you'd want to get one of the bigger sets that has more tips for you to experiment with. Michael's carries several kinds of sets and it looks like amazon has several too.Item's you'll want in whatever kit you buy: tips (at least 7-10 - but there are many, many different tips), rose nail (if you're wanting to try to do that), "decorating bags" as Wilton calls them (you can make your own once you work well with them), if you don't have one already - a small offset spatula, a tip cleaning brush, and food colors if you want them. I hope this helps you some!Have fun!...Show more

Willis Liburd: 16 may refer to a measurement - millimeters perhaps? Do you have a picture to go by? Try the tip you think it is and if things don't look right after a couple of squirts, switch tips until you find the right one. You'd think it would say on the pack which was which. Are you sure the size is not printed really small on the inside of the tip somewhere?
