Una bola psi es una bola de energía (psi) que puede ser creada y controlada, y que puede ser programada para llevar a cabo tareas mucho más complicadas.

Este ejercicio es mucho más fácil si tienes un tutor particular, pero se puede encontrar en muchos libros y otros recursos sobre magia y entrenamiento de Psion.

Posiciona tus manos. Puedes usar una o dos manos, puedes sostenerlas vertical u horizontalmente. Sólo haz lo que te parezca correcto. Asegúrese de no poner sus manos en una posición que lo haga sentirse cansado y tembloroso debido a la tensión. A algunas personas les resulta un poco más difícil sentir la psi si los dedos se están tocando.

Relájate. Siéntate en una habitación tranquila donde nadie te interrumpa. Medita por unos minutos hasta que sientas que estás completamente calmado y en un estado de paz.

Siente cÃ! ³mo fluye la psi. Visualiza la psi en tu plexo solar. El plexo solar es el punto donde sus costillas inferiores se encuentran en el medio; coloque su mano sobre su estómago y su dedo meñique tocando la parte superior de su ombligo. Esta es el área que va a querer usar. Hay muchas impresiones de cómo son los psi, como el agua, el fuego, la luz…. Elige el que te parezca correcto. Imagínenlo en su esternón moviéndose lentamente, e intenten sentir su plexo solar mientras visualizan esto. Hay un chakra mayor localizado aquí.

A tierra y al centro. Podrían comenzar por visualizar su energía extendiéndose hacia abajo en la Tierra como las raíces de un árbol, conectándose con su energía. Hay otros métodos. Este ejercicio tiene la intención de equilibrarte.

Programar la bola y rellenarla. Esto significa proyectar tus intenciones en la bola psi, para controlar su comportamiento. La programación básica debe ser mantener la psi en el interior, y mantener! la en una ubicación en lugar de tenerla volando en todas las ! direcciones. Después de que haya creado con éxito un shell, querrá rellenarlo; permita que el psi fluya dentro del shell. Tu bola psi está lista.

Experimente con la compresión. Crea la bola psi del tamaño de una pelota de playa, y cuando sientas que estás listo, comprímela en una bola más pequeña y densa. Mucha gente parece tener buenos resultados con esto.

Imagínate un agujero que aparece en tu mano. Imagínate una tapa de la trampilla abriéndose y dejando que la energía fluya hacia afuera. Imagine una manguera en cada una de sus palmas que emite lentamente psi. No tiene que ser muy rápido, o tener mucha presión, sólo tiene que fluir naturalmente. No lo deje fuera de sus manos; el siguiente paso le ayudará con esto.

Mantén tus manos firmes. Cuando sienta que tiene suficiente energía, extienda las manos. Usted puede sostenerlos como sostiene una pelota de baloncesto, puede colocarlos como si estuviera sosteniendo una pelota de béisbol, o incluso puede extender una mano. Haz lo que te parezca natural.

Haz un cartucho. Saca la psi de tu plexo solar. Cuando llegues a tus manos, en lugar de dejar que se! estanque, haz que fluya de tus palmas y se convierta en una esfera hue! ca. Esta esfera es lo que vas a usar como concha.

Mueve la psi. Visualízalo subiendo lentamente, subiendo por tu pecho y por encima de tus hombros. Trate de sentirlo mientras lo hace. Haz que baje a tus brazos y a tus manos, haz que se estanque un poco.

Reconocer el flujo de psi. Psi es energía y puede ser percibida como fuerza magnética, esa energía existe dentro de ti y fluye a través de tu cuerpo todo el tiempo.

Reúne tu energía. Esto podría ser de su propio cuerpo o de otra fuente. Podrían visualizar la energía entrando y llenando cada parte de su cuerpo desde la Tierra a través de sus pies, o desde el cielo y el sol a través de su chakra coronario. Algunas personas se imaginan la energía entrando al cuerpo en la inspiración y saliendo a través de las manos en la expiración.

Mueve tu bola psi. Muévelo igual que moviste la psi de tu plexo solar. Esta vez no estará en tu cuerpo, sin embargo. Esto puede requerir práctica; usted me! jorará.

Suelta la bola psi. Si usted lo programó, entonces debe llevar a cabo su programación tan pronto como usted lo suelte. Si hiciste uno sólo para practicar, entonces debería disiparse naturalmente.
