Rose Krouse: Sounds like a fungal infection to me. Make sure you water the soil, don't get the leaves wet. Try to waterl little and often to avoid times of drought and waterlogging. You can get a spray from DIY shops or garden centres.
Brittney Inabnit: Leaves speckled with yellow dots, effective webbing on leaves...likely spider mites. Spray them off with a sturdy flow of water from the backyard hose, or use insecticidal cleansing soap, I try this:combine a million tablespoon baking soda and the two 2 tablespoons horticultural oil or some drops of dishwashing liquid detergent with a million gallon of water. mixture as thoroughly as available, and attempt to spray the two sides of the leaves as quickly as a week. The liquid detergent facilitates the baking soda carry on with the leaves. Reapply after a rainstorm. it is barely for the leaves, yet in addition use an insectiside to eliminate the mites, i'm hoping this facilitates your tomatoes although!...Show more
Tomeka Hameen: It could be several things. One thing is if you only give them water and water only then they might be starting to have nutrient deficiencies. One way to help this is to buy some nutrients (fertilizer), tomatoes are pretty forgiving plants in my opinion so you don't need anything special even some miracle grow will work. Another thing would be pest infestation, so check the leaves thoroughly, and if you see anything then get some all natural bug spray for plants. One of my favorites is called Fungicide 3, you can buy it right at walmart or any nursery, and the great thing is that it also helps with fungus and powdery mildew also. So that will help eliminate all three possibilities in one shot. The great thing is its all natural, made from neem oil, so it wont hurt you or the plants. Between these two things I'm certain that this will take care of it. Also remember that when your tomatoes are reaching maturity and starting to ripen they might need someth! ing called cal-mag (calcium and magnesium), the way to tell is! the tomatoes will start to look like they are rotting right on the vine, it is a common problem and can easily be fixed with the cal mag, I know that wasn't your question but it is a common problem like I said so I didn't want it to happen to you and you get worried thinking your crop is destroyed. Hope this helps and good luck....Show more
