Would you recommend studying abroad in London?

Moira Woodrow: i'd think of which you will desire to be responsive to the language to examine overseas. do you be responsive to Spanish? If not, then i think of Spain is out. do you be responsive to Italian.....London is very astounding.

Hollis Demasters: that would be great if you can afford it! i don't see anything wrong about this. If you are grown up enough to take care of yourself you will have enough self control and enough responsibility to not let yourself down and the people that care about you. If you are away from your parents presense and go to a completely different culture, it will be easy to stray away from what you once that was normal. It can be easy to become lost in drugs and the good life. As long as you know the boundary line you will be okay. Go expereince another country it will be great, get to talk to them and see how they live. Most abroad programs provide scholarships and financial aids that you just have to reapply for. Also when i go to ! restuarnts in very highly populated and "tourist" friendly areas. Many of the watiressess were on work visas and just studying abroad/working abroad. And we would have some small talk and some were from bulgaria and etc and they loved america. So maybe you could find a study abroad program for american students in london that can help supply you with student jobs in order to provide for yourself better. Everything is exspensive if you want the better side in life ;) Its not like a bugatti is cheap compared to a honda civic, get my drift? Figure out your budget and find a nice safe place. Most programs should give you a "student" area to live at. Or somewhere to start. good luck! just talk to all of your counselors and program advisors they will be alot more help than us yahoo answer folks....Show more
