Where can I get a good quality blanket made from a piece of art I drew?

Irma Poiter: Actually WEAVING an image into a blanket size piece of fabric is labor intesive and VERY expensive. I'd bet the cost would be hundreds, perhaps into the thousands of dollars since this would have to be a one of a kind, hand made project.I can suggest that you look in the phone book for someone that prints large scale banners, such as those made for decorating city street lamp posts and such. These people are geared up for printing on large fabric pieces and could probably make one up from your digital file. It still won't be cheap, but, once you get it printed, you can probably stitch the piece onto a blanket, or you can quilt it with batting in between, on to another piece of fabric....Show more
