Debora Rinderer: Sorry, but the idea that increasing minimum wage will help small business is not a fact, is an opinion that cannot be supported with logical arguments. How does forcing someone to pay out more money help them?
Shemeka Laker: A lot of people make minimum wage. If they all made more, they could spend more. Some of that spending would be done at small businesses.It would also drive inflation and slowly eat away at that raise but, that's tangential.
