Jade Ohno: Your Tivo is broke. Most likely the hard drive has failed or become corrupted. The hard drive can be replaced, Whether it's economical is another matter. What model/series is it and does it have lifetime service?There is a slim chance that the Tivo could self repair using something called a "kickstart" code.
